Christine qualified as a Non-Practising Barrister in England and Wales in 2006 and as an Attorney-at-Law in the Cayman Islands in 2008. Following graduation, Christine worked for offshore global and boutique law firms including Appleby and Sinclairs, and also held in-house lawyer roles at global companies including Credit Suisse and Citco, before fully emerging herself into her current role as Attorney-at-Law/Partner and co-founder at Quality Law 服務方案 and Quality Corporate 服務方案 (the "Quality Group").
Christine is also a Notary Public in the Cayman Islands and sits of the Board of Directors of several Cayman Islands entities (both regulated and unregulated). She is also a longstanding volunteer with The Family Resource Centre where she provides pro bono legal services advising on a range of matters including family and civil matters.
Wenyan is admitted to practice in British Virgin Islands, England and Wales and Mainland China (not practising). Wenyan's practice specialises in formation, maintenance and restructuring of various types of funds. She also advises clients on corporate and banking transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, pre-IPO equity financings, IPOs and loan facilities.
Prior to establishing WY Legal in April 2025, Wenyan worked in several well-known international offshore law firms. She has been on secondment in the Shanghai office of an offshore law firm for two years and has profound understanding in the Mainland China market. Wenyan has honed her legal skills and acquired extensive knowledge across a wide range of practice areas of non-contentious work. She has earned the trust of her clients and business partners through her timely delivery of high-quality work, personable demeanor, and clear communication.
Mr. Yin Xu is admitted to practise in Hong Kong, England and Wales, Ireland and British Virgin Islands. Prior to setting up his own practice in 2021, he worked at the capital market and corporate team of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and was a partner at two international offshore law firms.

Ms. Jo Lit is a counsel of our firm and admitted practising in Bermuda, Hong Kong, England and Wales and British Virgin Islands. Ms. Jo Lit graduated from University of Hong Kong. Prior to joining the Firm, she worked at the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong and a number of leading international firms.
In her practice of more than 20 years, Jo has extensive experience advising on complex corporate transactions. She has comprehensive knowledge of capital market and corporate governance.
Mr. 金文斌 is an experienced funds lawyer with over a decade of practice in offshore fund legal services. He previously worked in the fund teams of several leading PRC law firms, where he developed substantial expertise in advising on complex cross-border fund matters.
Mr. Jin advises fund managers on the full life cycle of offshore funds, including fund formation, operation, liquidation, restructuring, and related legal and regulatory compliance matters. He also assists investors, including funds of funds, high-net-worth individuals, and listed companies, with investments in and subscriptions to target funds.
His practice covers a broad range of fund types, including hedge funds, PE/VC funds, buyout funds, secondary funds, virtual asset funds, and other alternative investment funds, with structures such as Cayman SPCs and ELPs, BVI limited partnerships and companies, Hong Kong OFCs and LPFs.
